Fr. Jovel Palermo, a guest priest from our Diocese presided the second Simbang Gabi in our Parish yesterday.
In his homily, Fr. Palermo tackled the way we always base the person on their family, circumstances, appearance, and state of living. That’s how we see the person. We don’t choose our parents or our life.
He also asked the faithful, what is your wish this Christmas? What is your definition of Christmas?
Fr. Palermo gave the acronym P.A.S.K.O to define Christmas. P for Pasok Kristo; we should make a good example, and be humble . A for Alis bisyo; removing our vices such as gambling, smoking, drinking, gossiping. S for Samba tayo; let's pray and praise our Lord by attending the mass. K for Kalat bango; let's spread the good deeds and be a good example to others. O for Ora mismo; now, we should never postpone ourselves going back to the Lord. The Christmas is just around the corner, and we must wish for the good.
