Parishioners and lay workers attended the annual 'Ahunan sa Antipolo' at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage in Antipolo last May 18 . A mass was held at the Cathedral, led by our parish priest, Father Ferdinand Delatado. In his homily, he said that "when two or three are gathered in my name, I am there in their names." Once a community is helping, united, and loves one another, Jesus Christ is with us. He also reminded everyone that we are all pilgrims in this world, and in our journey, we may stumble and trip, but God will help and guide us. Before the mass ends Fr. Ferdie thanked all the parishioners and lay workers who joined the annual Ahunan sa Antipolo. On June 3, the parishes in Marikina, together with the Marikina City government will have its "Ahunan sa Antipolo". A procession will start at Taktak Road going to Antipolo Cathedral, followed by a concelebrated mass with the Marikina clergy.
