Quality is equal to Love; Fr. Glenn Relucio

Despite the heavy rain many parishioners and church workers attended the first family faith formation seminar in our parish last Friday.

The speaker was Rev. Fr. Glenn William Relucio and his topic was about the Updated Synod of the Diocese of Antipolo and the Diocese of Quality (love).

He said that. The major component of quality is "LOVE".

"Quality is never an accident. It is always the result of intelligent effort."Quality is our way of being, life long journey, it naturally defines us, and it cannot be neglected.

The five Personal Practices of Quality Leadership, Partnership, Systems Thinking and Systems Action, Process Orientation and Constant Dedication to continuous Improvement.

Diocesan Synod is the over all governance of the diocese is the exclusive right which primarily rest from the diocesan bishop and whose powers consist of actions on: pastoral, administrative and judicial. There are two parts of Synod; (1) content and (2) Decrees.

It is to update and improve our spirituality and prayer life, to work accordingly, and to update your relationship to Jesus.
