Public Mass resumed today

Updated: Sep 19, 2021

Last Tuesday, the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) announced that Metro Manila would be under General Community Quarantine with Alert Level 4 that began last September 16. Under the new guidelines published, Religious Gathering was allowed, with 30% capacity for outdoor and 10% for indoor.

Today, the public mass resumed with the new schedule of masses and guidelines from the IATF. For the Sunday Masses, 6:00 & 8:00 in the morning, 4:00 and 6:00 in the afternoon. For the Weekdays (Monday to Saturday), 6:30 in the Morning. Only 10% or 100 people are allowed inside the Church per Mass.

The Sunday 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM Anticipated Mass on Saturday is temporarily removed from the schedule.

Reminders when attending the Mass

A person must be 18-65 years old, healthy with no medical condition, and fully vaccinated can attend the Mass. You may bring your vaccination card upon registration.

Seventeen years old below and 66 years old above, pregnant women, a person with a medical condition, and unvaccinated are encouraged to stay.

Follow the health protocols: do social distancing, wear facemask and Faceshield

The faithful are encouraged to create a StaySafePH account when visiting or attending the Mass. StaySafePH is a contact tracing software by the National Government. Upon registration, scan the QR Code on the registration booth, or the parish staff will scan your QR Code.

You can download the StaySafePH app on Google Play, Apple Store, or Huawei App Store for smartphone users. For those who are not tech-savvy, you may visit your Barangay to create and print your StaySafe ID.

These procedures followed were implemented by the IATF-EID and the Marikina City Government.
