Our pilgrims visited seven churches in Pangasinan for the yearly Visita Iglesia last Saturday.

The Minor Basilica Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag was the first church our pilgrims visited. A concelebrated mass was held with our Parish Priest Fr. Ferdinand Delatado, Fr. Hanz Magdurulang and Fr. Ramon Merino from San Felipe Neri Parish, Mandaluyong City.

During the homily, Fr. Hanz talked about the importance of lent and our Christianity. He said that “the season of lent is a good time not to reciprocate, but this is the time to show the goodness we have. And always remember that in the end we will be judged by the Lord not because on how long we lived but on how we lived.”

After the mass, pilgrims prayed in the first church and proceeded to their next destination which is Mary Help of Christians Theology Seminary located in San Fabian, Pangasinan where our Parish Lenten Recollection was held. The recollection was led by Bro. Jethro. St. Fabian Parish was the third church and followed by St. Thomas Aquinas Parish in Mangaldan, St. John the Evangelist Cathedral in Dagupan, St. Peter and St. Paul Parish, Calasiao and Holy Family Parish in Santa Barbara.

Our Parish Priest Fr. Ferdie thanked everyone for joining our pilgrimage for the year 2019, specially the tour guides and the bus companies that provided the transportation for our pilgrims & the pilgrimage organizers Familia Community.
