| Certificate of Freedom to Marry from foreigner's consulate/ embassy
| If Japanese, a clearance from the Office of Fr. Toru Nishimoto

Additional Requirements for a MARRIAGE BETWEEN
A CATHOLIC AND NON-CATHOLIC

| Dedication/ Baptismal Certificate of the Non-Catholic Party
| Certificate of Freedom to Marry from the Non-Catholic Minister of Pastor
| Dispensation from mixed religion or disparitas cultus, as the case may be
